Founded in 2021 as The Friendly I.T. Guy, we've grown into Friendly IT & Tech—a small, skilled team dedicated to making tech support more personal, more helpful, and a lot less frustrating.

For nearly five years, Nate has been my first choice for any questions about computer technology. His knowledge is unsurpassed. Nate is indeed friendly, but also patient, understanding, dependable and never condescending. I especially appreciate these qualifications because of my limited computer skills. Nate Munic started exploring the family computer before kindergarten, giving himself admin access, bypassing parental controls, and figuring things out just because he was curious. What began as a side gig in 2016 became his full-time mission in 2021: to bring expert tech help to people who actually need it, and to make that help feel... well, friendly. Nate leads all client services to offer robust support without losing that personal touch.
